MuzeekWorld.com’s point of sale price match policy: At point of sale we will match any competitor’s price on identical offers or items. By manufacturer’s agreements we cannot advertise any products lower than the minimum advertised price (MAP). Please call us to discuss MuzeekWorld.com’s best pricing on your desired item(s).


Muzeek World accepts the following methods of payment: Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, Check, Money Order, Wire Transfer and PayPal. We do not accept international credit cards. Payment may be quickly transferred by bank wire transfer (call or email us for more details). Check payment may delay shipment for up 10 days in order for the bank to clear it. Open account terms can be arranged (Net 10, 20). Governments, institutions and approved companies may be approved for (Net 30). Terms are strictly enforced. A monthly late charge of 2% of owed amount will be charged for all past due accounts.
**NOTE: We do not charge your debit card or credit card until your order is shipped. However, we do attempt to get an authorization on your card for the total amount of your order at the time of placement. The authorization is not a charge, but may still utilize a portion of your credit limit or available funds. This in turn makes those funds or portion of your credit limit unavailable for other uses. In the unlikely event that your order is delayed or cancelled, the authorization will expire and your credit limit or available funds will become available for use again. The amount of time it takes for an authorization to expire is dependent on the policies of the bank that issued your card, but tends to range between one to seven business days.

Typographical Errors

In the event of a typographical error (product contains incorrect information) or an error in pricing (product is listed at incorrect price), Muzeek World has the right to refuse or terminate any orders placed for the product listed with incorrect information or at an incorrect price.


Purchased merchandise may be cancelled prior to the shipping of the product. Received merchandise may be returned within five business days upon receipt without a restocking charge (this does not apply to specially ordered products) if the original manufacturer’s carton is both unopened and undamaged. A MINIMUM restocking charge of 10% of the order or $10 (whichever is greater) will be charged if the package has been opened. Used and/or damaged merchandise, missing accessories and/or packaging will increase the restocking fee to cover our costs. Returned merchandise may be exchanged for credit applicable to future purchases. The customer is responsible for all shipping expenses (TO and FROM) us on returns. Items originally sent via “free shipping” will be charged for the outgoing shipping upon return. Returns are not allowed on special order/non-stock, closeout, used or discontinued merchandise, including but not limited to tape, gel, lamps, books, opened software, earphones, chemicals, bids, contracts and more. All returns must have an RA (Return Authorization) number on the package. Please call for more details.


Muzeek World offers no warranties. All warranties are valid with the manufacturer only. Please call or email for more information on manufacturer warranties.


In the event of an order cancellation (mentioned above), refunds or merchandise credits will be given within 10 days of written request. This only applies to cancelled and/or unshipped merchandise.

Defective Merchandise

Any defective merchandise received by Muzeek World will be replaced. Please call a Muzeek World representative for an RA (Return Authorization) number. An immediate exchange will take place in most occasions.

International Customers

We do not accept orders on our website for shipments outside of the United States of America. This includes orders shipped to Puerto Rico or APO/FPO boxes. However, you can click on a product’s “Get a Quote” button or call us to speak to one of our sales representatives about purchasing instructions. Regarding Bundles and Custom Packages

Bundled items and custom packages are only offered while supplies last. Items of similar or greater value may be substituted.


In no event shall Muzeek World or any of its subsidiaries or affiliates be liable for any indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages including, but not limited to loss of use, loss of data, loss of business or loss of profit. Some localities do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, in which case the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.


Your order is thoroughly reviewed by our Accounting Department to ensure that the order is accurate, the payment method is valid and you are authorized to use said payment valid. Your order is sent to our warehouse for shipment after it has passed a detailed review by our Accounting Department.

NOTE: Debit card and credit card processing can take up to three business days, depending on the accuracy of the information provided to us by the customer. A voice confirmation may be required for security purposes before your card can be processed for payment. If the item(s) in your order are in-stock, we will ship them as soon as possible. It the item(s) in your order are out of stock, they will not be shipped until Muzeek World has received and processed the backordered inventory in our warehouse. You will be notified of any delay.


**NOTE: Saturday & Sunday deliveries are not available.


Muzeek World offers FREE SHIPPING on most items directly purchases from our website. The shipping will be calculated and given to you for approval concerning special pricing and deals.
