The Williams AV DLR-400 Transceiver is part of the Digi-Wave™ system, which employs digital spread-spectrum (DSS) technology to enable simultaneous two-way wireless listening. It utilizes a frequency-hopping algorithm to minimize interference, making it a secure method of communication. The Digi-Wave communication system allows users to communicate wirelessly in a variety of scenarios, enabling both listening and speaking. To operate effectively, the Digi-Wave system requires at least one transceiver (DLT 400) along with various combinations of transceivers and receivers (DLR 400 RCH or DLR 400 ALK). Different combinations of one or more DLTs and DLRs can be used to accommodate various events, depending on what needs to be communicated and what needs to be heard.
