Returns
Cancellation of Orders and Special ordered Products:
Customer may cancel up to 15 days after receipt of order if the product is in its original packaging and un used. Cancellations of any special ordered merchandise already in transit to us or drop shipped to you the customer, will not be honored. Special occasions on Special orders will be reviewed and based on the manufactures return policy
Warranty:
MUZEEK WORLD INTL INC. ITSELF GIVES NO WARRANTY, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING THOSE RELATING TO MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. All warranties are with the manufacturer.
Payment Processing:
Credit card payments are processed immediately at the time an order is placed.
Refunds:
In the case of order cancellation (mentioned above) refunds or merchandise credits will be made within 10 days of written request, only for cancelled and unshipped merchandise.
Refund Methods:
Purchases made with a credit card will be refunded to the original credit card used for the purchase. Purchases made by check will be refunded via check made out to the original issuer of the check purchase. Cash and all other purchasing methods will be refunded via check made out to the original account holder and mailed to the original account holders address within 10 days of the return.
Satisfaction Policy:
At Muzeek World your satisfaction is our top priority. Merchandise may be returned within 15 business days of receipt without restocking charge only on in stock items, if the original manufacturer's carton is unopened and undamaged. If the package has been opened a minimum restocking charge of 15%-25%, will be charged depending on the condition and inspection of good upon the return. Used or damaged merchandise, missing accessories, or packaging will increase the restocking fee. The customer is responsible for all shipping expenses from and to us on returns, items originally sent via "free shipping", will be charged for the outgoing shipping on returns. Returns are not allowed on special-order/non-stock, custom goods, closeout, used or discontinued merchandise, tape, gel, lamps, books, opened software, ear-phones, microphones,chemicals, or on bids and contracts. All returns must have an RA-number on the package, please call a Sales Pro for details.
Defective Merchandise:
Muzeek World intl Inc. will do warranty and non-warranty work on many of the brands it sells. Please call first to see if you will be more quickly served by the manufacturer or us.
Return Procedures:
Any merchandise returned to Muzeek World intl Inc. must have an RA (Return Authorization) number attached. Without this number the package may be refused or not properly identified as to its origin and reason for being returned. Please call us for an RA number and have documentation such as the invoice or packing slip ready when you call. Make sure that all packing, accessories and manuals are returned to avoid additional restocking fees.
International Customers:
You can email admin@muzeekworld.com prior to or after sales to get your specific warranty on a particular product. This is effective only on certain products that we are allowed to sell internationally
