Williams Sound FM T55CD-00 FM+ C Assistive Listening System with Dante

The FM+ C with Dante is a groundbreaking transmitter, combining FM and Wi-Fi audio broadcasting from a single input source. Ideal for assistive listening, language interpretation, or audio description, its dual broadcast technology allows users to tune in using an FM receiver or stream real-time audio on their smartphone or tablet via the free WaveCAST app (available for iOS and Android). With integrated support for Telnet commands through its Ethernet port, the FM+ C enables AV professionals to seamlessly control and monitor the system using third-party room control platforms. This version further enhances functionality with Dante compatibility, ensuring robust and flexible audio networking capabilities.

NOTE: The FCC requires this device to be used with approved, FCC 15.203 compliant antennas and be professionally installed. For compliant antennas for this product, refer to Williams AV’s Antenna Selection Install Guide.

RF Transmit (RF) Power Indicator

RF Time Out (sleep mode)

30 min. duration, 4 hr. duration, or Always On; selected via web page. When audio drops below -18dB, the selected duration begins, and when it expires the unit stops transmitting and goes into a low-power (“sleep”) mode. Any button press or resumption of audio above -18dB “awakens” the unit and it begins transmitting again.
