The Tascam CD-400U is a 1 RU CD/SD/USB player with Bluetooth and AM/FM radio that is professionally designed for providing a versatile media playback and recording for system installers, educators, A/V technicians, and audio engineers in houses of worship, schools, concert venues, and stores. Its CD player is designed capable of supporting standard CD, CD-R, and CD-RW disc types and the built-in Bluetooth receiver is allowing the  wireless playback of music from mobile devices. Play MP3, WMA, AAC, and WAV files with the use of an SD/SDHC card or USB flash drive or patch your preferred audio playback device into the 3.5mm aux input. Utilize the included antennas for the AM/FM radio as an alternative to your personal music library.

Record signal from the CD player or radio to a USB flash drive or SD/SDHC card. XLR and RCA outputs are enabling the easy connection to a mixer or PA system, and the 1/4" stereo headphone jack that comes along with a dedicated level control is offering an effective monitoring. For transport functions and play modes, the front panel comes featuring a host of buttons, which is capable to be disabled with the use of the "Panel Lock" function. Other control options include the supplied wireless remote and RS-232 remote (available separately).
