The Avid WSG-HD is an option card that is professionally designed capable of letting you to access and control your Waves plug-ins live from your Avid VENUE | S6L surface and VENUE software interface (both sold separately) by linking Waves SoundGrid systems directly with S6L. This Avid/Waves collaboration is capable of delivering a full and unrivaled integration, giving you the capability to interact with Waves plug-ins and plug-in parameters just as easily as and right alongside your AAX plug-ins.

• Audio paths: 128 voices—Each voice occupies a single path, so stereo channels occupy two paths, while a sidechain occupies an additional path
• Plug-in support: Supports up to 128 Waves SoundGrid Rack instances—Each Rack instance can support up to 8 Waves plug-ins for a maximum total of 1,024 Waves plug-ins per WSG-HD card
• Card connections: (2) RJ45 ports for connecting up to 2 Waves SoundGrid servers via Cat5e cables
• Host connection: PCIe for installation in any Avid VENUE | E6L engine; only one WSG-HD card may be installed per engine
• System Requirements:
• VENUE | S6L system running VENUE 5.7 or later software
• Waves SoundGrid Server One or Extreme Server—Impact Server not supported at this time
• Waves Central for VENUE (to install and activate Waves plug-ins)
• Waves SoundGrid Rack for VENUE license
