Hear Technologies is offering an Option for Hear Back Mixer At Hear Technologies which is the OPT8, the company strive to listen to customers’ needs. In response to many requests, we are pleased to announce that we now are offering an optional modification to the Hear Back Mixer that is expanding its capabilities. This option is designed for removing the limiter circuit and is dividing the “Stereo 1-2” mix into two separate channels.

This effectively is giving the user eight individual mono audio channels. During the time of the modification, the lower left “Stereo 1-2” volume knob is relabeled “1” and the lower right “Limiter” knob is relabeled “2.” In the event that you need stereo, you are still able to link channels 3 and 4, 5 and 6, or 7 and 8 as stereo pairs.

CAUTION: This modification is removing the limiter circuit, with this there will be no hearing protection is provided for your ears against high volume levels. If you choose this option, the user must carefully monitor overall volume.

This is built to be the perfect solution for those who do not use the limiter circuit and would prefer to have eight individual channels.
