Lectrosonics DCHR, Digital Stereo Portable Receiver

The Lectrosonics DCHR is a compact, portable digital stereo receiver designed specifically for professional film and television production. It can be used as a wireless stereo audio link between a production bag or cart and cameras when paired with a DCHT or M2T transmitter, or as a standalone miniature receiver for D Squared series mono transmitters. The DCHR provides two channels of analog audio at microphone or line level, as well as AES3 digital audio, through a secure locking TA5M connector. Its fourth-generation digital architecture incorporates high-efficiency circuitry to provide extended operating time from just two AA batteries. With a tuning range covering the available UHF television spectrum, the DCHR offers more than 6,000 selectable frequencies in 100 kHz or 25 kHz steps. Its digital architecture also supports AES-256-CTR encryption with four selectable encryption key policies, providing flexible options for productions where wireless audio security is important. For camera-based applications, the DCHR can be mounted directly to a camera using the optional LRSHOE accessory.
