The Lectrosonics DSR4 is a compact and lightweight four-channel digital slot receiver designed for professional mobile audio applications where dependable RF performance and high-quality sound are essential. It delivers clear, transparent 24-bit/48 kHz digital audio and is well suited for ENG, field production, location sound, sports video, reality TV, portable sound bags, camera-mounted systems, and sound carts. The receiver supports a wide range of Lectrosonics transmitters, including DBSM, DBu, DHu, DPR, and DPR-A mono digital transmitters, as well as DCHT and M2T stereo digital transmitters. It is also backward compatible with Lectrosonics Digital Hybrid Wireless transmitters, allowing it to work with both current and legacy wireless systems. The DSR4 combines four independent receiver channels into the next-generation Unislot/SuperSlot form factor. Its output configuration can be selected between AES3 digital audio and analog mic- or line-level audio, providing flexibility for a variety of professional cameras, portable mixers, and recording systems. System setup and monitoring are handled through a color LCD display and tactile front-panel buttons, allowing users to quickly adjust receiver settings in the field. The built-in RF spectrum analyzer and SmartTune function help locate cleaner operating frequencies and reduce the impact of interference in congested RF environments.
