The Special Edition HP2 designed by PreSonus is a battery-powered personal headphone amplifier with volume and pan control for driving wired in-ear monitors as well as headphones. The HP2 can be used by musicians and performers in applications such as theater, live stage, rehearsals, and more.
The PreSonus HP2 features two 1/4" TRS line-level inputs and one stereo 1/8" headphone output, and can be switched from stereo to mono operation. It is constructed tough for taking the rigors of life on the road and mounts on a microphone stand or clips to your belt.
Additionally, the Special Edition HP2 is having an LED battery indicator and can be powered using an external DC power supply or a 9V battery (available separately), which can work for more than seven hours. The PreSonus HP2 comes with a dual 1/4" TRS to 5-pin mini XLR balanced breakout cable, perfect for connecting the unit to StudioLive Series III rack mixers or other mixers with balanced 1/4" TRS connectors. Also, it is included with a 5/8" microphone stand-mount socket and a belt clip.
