The Sennheiser EK 6042 is a two-channel wireless receiver housed in a compact, slot-mount chassis, compatible with all Sennheiser analog and digital transmitters operating within the 470 to 653 MHz range. When paired with the appropriate adapter (available separately), the EK 6042 fits into all standard receiver slots on professional video cameras equipped with either UniSlot/SuperSlot or Sony interfaces. Adapters are also available to configure the unit for use in an audio bag, powered by either an external power supply or Accupack batteries for standalone operation. Setup is fully automated with the One Touch Easy Setup function, and menu-assisted adjustments are quickly and easily made via the intuitive display panel. The built-in web server allows you to import and export entire configurations, saving you time in the field. With true-diversity reception, an ultrawide 184 MHz tuning range, and both analog and AES3 digital audio, the EK 6042 is a flexible receiver that delivers reliable, studio-quality audio for a wide variety of professional broadcast applications.
