The Sony Professional ECM77BC/9X is an Omni-directional electret condenser microphone with a 3.9 ft cable and SMC9-4P connector. The ECM-77BC/9X offers enhanced shielding, increasing the microphone's immunity to RFI. The microphone has a gray-colored sleeve covering the mic cable at the BC connector. The ECM-77 offers a broad frequency response of 40Hz - 20kHz. The broad frequency response allows the microphone to accurately reproduce audio signals from a wide variety of sources. The miniature profile enables the microphone to be easily concealed in broadcast and performance situations. The omnidirectional pattern provides even frequency and sensitivity response at the direct and off-axis sections of the microphone capsule.
