The SD-1SM comes in different color variants: SD-1SM-BK in Anodized Black Gloss / SD-1SM-CR in Titanium and SD-1SM-CR in Chrome, it is capable of attaching to wood and other similar surfaces with the use of the included wood screws. Each SD1sm is professionally designed for one channel of audio. It comes with an optional equalization module that is capable of optimizing the SD1sm for use on wood surfaces. The SolidDrive is built capable of utilizing the patent-pending dual-voice coil technology in an aluminum enclosure for transferring the acoustic energy to any substrate that comes along with very high-powered neodymium magnets and dual symmetrically opposed motors for converting audio signals into powerful vibrations. Those vibrations are then transferred into solid surfaces through direct contact. High-quality, full-range sound is then radiated from the entire surface that comes along with a frequency response of 60 Hz to 15 kHz. The symmetrically opposed neodymium magnets and specifically engineered mounting hardware is resulting in hidden planar-source acoustics. The result is acoustical uniformity throughout the listening space.
