The Tannoy AMS 5DC comes with two different color variants: Tannoy AMS5DC for Black and Tannoy AMS5DCWH for White. It is a professionally designed full bandwidth 240-Watt high sensitivity loudspeaker that is capable of utilizing our all-new proprietary 5" Dual Concentric point-source driver that comes with Omnimagnet technology on a Torus Ogive Waveguide for delivering a wide and consistent broadband directivity along with enhanced intelligibility – plus the linear response of our legendary studio monitors. The AMS 5DC is made ideally suited for stereo or mono background/foreground music applications in hotels, theme parks, restaurants and retail stores, bars, residential developments, as well as corporate AV, and houses of worship. AMS 5DC loudspeakers are made for providing a seamless sound signature within a multi-zoned environment that benefits from both ceiling and wall mounted TANNOY loudspeakers.

Weather-Resistant Enclosure
The elegantly styled semi matt black moulded enclosure or white color is intended to be possible to blend beautifully into any décor. Additionally the AMS 5DC’s design and performance comes with achieving an IP65 rating that makes it an exceptional choice for both indoor and outdoor environments such as indoor saunas, swimming pools, or work areas that comes with unusually high levels of dust or moisture, and outdoor applications where weather conditions are moderate.

Attractive and Easy to Install
The highly durable and heat resistant ABS enclosure comes featuring a black painted finish, and white color, and comes along with an aesthetically pleasing grille. Installation is quick and easy thanks to the included colour-matched yoke mounting bracket – and an optional VARIBALL multi-angle bracket is available separately. An included weatherproof cable gland is for protecting the Phoenix input and link output connectors, as well as the integral low-insertion loss 30 W transformer that comes along with convenient tap switching.

LAB GRUPPEN Ready
The AMS 5DC is optimised for use with LAB GRUPPEN LUCIA amplifiers, which accommodate up to 8 AMS Series loudspeakers per channel.
