The Mackie DRM218S is a 2000W 18" powered subwoofer that is professionally designed for use in medium-sized theaters to large music venues as well as houses of worship, DJs, rental systems, and clubs . The integrated Class-D amplifier is capable of utilizing professional-quality protection and Power Factor Correction (PFC) technology for ensuring the peak performance, and the Advanced Impulse DSP is capable to provide an acoustic correction and time alignment with the use of the precision tuned FIR filters for a clear, punchy sound, at the same time. The DRM Control Dashboard comes featuring a high-contrast, full-color display for quick access to EQ, voicing modes and more.

A professional-grade 18” woofer is contained in the texture-coated 15mm plywood cabinet that comes with internal bracing for providing an optimal acoustic performance, and the front-ported direct radiating design is providing a maximum punch and a deep low-frequency response with a range of 35 to 150 Hz (-10 dB) and a peak SPL of 135 dB, at the same time. The rear panel comes with the included dual independent input channels with Full-Range Direct and High-Pass outputs. The integrated pole cup is professionally designed for use along with DRM Series loudspeakers or other pole-mounted speakers. The Mackie DRM18S is flyable with the use of the optional FB100 Fly Bar and FKDRM18S Flyware kit.
