Metric Halo ULN-2 3d Custom 2 Jensen (w/ 2 Preamp +DSP Included) USB Type-C Audio Interface with 2 Preamps, 2 Transformers & DSP
The Metric Halo ULN-2 3d Custom 2 Jensen (w/ 2 Preamp +DSP Included) is a USB Type-C audio interface designed to offer multichannel digital I/O, two mic preamps, DSP-powered mixing, and software control for producers, musicians, and engineers in studios and mobile setups. Each preamp is partnered to a Jensen JT16-A transformer for added harmonic distortion on mono or stereo sources. The Metric Halo ULN-2 3d's integrated dual-core DSP is capable to power a variety of plug-ins - the included DSP+ license can unlock over 100 of them - that didn't burden the user's computer's CPU. Robust software is intended for ensuring an easy access to multitrack monitoring, recording, mixing, and more.
The Metric Halo ULN-2 3d's 24-bit / 96 kHz converters are fed using the two mic/DI/line XLR-1/4" combo inputs, which features stepped preamp gain controls, adjustable input trims, and phantom power. Analog outputs are presented on 1/4" jacks, and include stereo main outs with selectable operating level, stereo monitor outs with a dedicated volume knob, and a headphone jack also with its own volume control. The Metric Halo ULN-2 3d is capable to accommodate insertion of analog outboard gear with the use of the balanced 1/4" insert connections.
Properly synchronize with other digital equipment with the use of the BNC word clock connectors, or consolidate audio, clock, and data I/O with other 3d-equipped Metric Halo interfaces with the use of the MH Link ports. The preinstalled MH EdgeCard is providing stereo AES3 and S/PDIF I/O in addition to the ULN-2 3d's standard eight-channel ADAT optical ports. The interface's front panel is packed with comprehensive metering and status indicators, that shows a vital information at a glance. The Metric Halo ULN-2 3d is capable to connect to a compatible Mac, Windows, iOS, or Linux device with the use of the supplied USB Type-A to USB Type-C cable. Power it with the included power supply or via a 4-pin XLR power system (available separately).
