The SKB 1SKB-5009BL is professionally designed as the perfect transport case for either the original Bose L1 Loudspeaker, Bose L1 Model 1S or Bose L1 Model II loudspeaker. The case is professionally made out of high density polyethylene (HDPE) capable of exceeding the ATA category 300 flight specification. The latches are made out of an unbreakable fiberglass reinforced nylon and capable of incorporating the world's only TSA accepted and recognized locking latch system.

The foam is made with a removable blocks intended for making it capable of providing the perfect fit for either the original L1 speakers or the L1 Model II version. A matching L1 Model II pedestal case is available.
