The SoundPlus® T3 stethoset receiver system features the upgraded T3 medium-area infrared transmitter, now enhanced with convenient hands-free, under-the-chin stethoset receivers for seamless listening. Utilizing advanced LED technology, the two-channel T3 transmitter delivers stronger, more efficient audio signals with expanded coverage, outperforming earlier models. Designed to minimize signal spillover, it is ideal for adjacent room setups. The system offers coverage of up to 19,000 sq ft (1,765 sq m) with the RX 2 stethoset receiver and up to 32,000 sq ft (2,972 sq m) with the RX22-4 handheld receiver. This all-in-one solution includes five wireless, two-channel stereo stethoset receivers and a five-bay charging station. Lightweight and comfortable, the stethoset receivers ensure exceptional speech intelligibility and crystal-clear audio quality. For ADA/disability compliance, the system is fully equipped with a power supply, charging bay, ADA wall plaque, and a discreet wall/ceiling mounting bracket, seamlessly blending into any room’s design.

How It Works

The IR T3 can be controlled remotely via RS-232 commands. The commands include:

Powering the unit on/off
Remotely setting the IR frequency (2.3/2.8 or 3.3/3.8)
Muting the outgoing audio without powering off
Turning back panel LEDs on or off
