The Primacoustic P205 2424 00 StratoTile 24 x 24" T-Bar Acoustic Panel (12 Pack) is a professionally designed high-performance black ceiling tile that's created possible to fit into existing T-Bar systems. It is created out of high-density glass wool intended for having added absorption in the critical voice range. This is helping for the improvements of intelligibility by attenuating flutter echo and with the reduction of first order reflections. The StratoTile comes featuring 3/4" thick (20mm) high-density 6lb per cubic foot glass wool constriction designed for having maximum sound absorption and is encapsulated in fine micromesh that comes with sealed edges for retaining the minute glass fibers. The front surface is made finished in black latex but is possible to be repainted to suit. Each tile installs into ceiling tile frames that are capable of accommodating 24 x 24" tiles. These tiles are featuring a "trim" edge that mounts the tile flush against the ceiling tile frame.

Unlike low-cost mineral wool tiles, StratoTiles will not sag due to moisture. This is making them particularly well suited for use in regions along with fluctuating temperatures and humidity levels. StratoTiles have been fully tested for meeting the ASTM-E84 fire and smoke development requirements designed for Class-A designation and safe use anywhere.

Once in place, StratoTiles work along with the air space above the panel called the plenum for absorbing all frequencies down to 125Hz delivering a truly linear performance throughout the voice range.
