The Audio Technica PRO42 is a Cardioid Condenser Microphone and its low-profile design is carefully engineered for assuring inconspicuous appearance for surface-mount use in house of worship, school, boardroom, government and other installed applications. The Audio Technica PRO42 is designed for recording, sound reinforcement and broadcasting, it is capable to bring crisp, intelligible audio reproduction to the conference table, stage, podium and beyond. With a low-mass diaphragm and wide-range condenser element for superior performance, the microphone comes with a built-in self-contained electronics designed for eliminating the need for external power modules.
