The amount of evidence being recorded in our environment is growing daily, with a large portion of it coming from smartphones, CCTV systems, and other similar devices. At least one element unites all recordings: background noise makes the desired speech difficult to hear and comprehend. With all of the sophisticated filtering created for our CEDAR Trinity surveillance system, Trinity EnhanceTM is now accessible as an AAX, AU, VST2, and VST3 compatible plug-in that can be used on all popular platforms for audio and video editing and playback. The four connected procedures in this easy-to-use yet powerful audio forensic toolbox reduce background noise and improve voice quality, making audio more comprehensible and listenable.

Although Trinity Enhance was designed primarily for speech enhancement in forensic laboratories, it can also be used to clean things like reports and interviews meant for broadcast that were recorded in particularly noisy environments. Trinity Enhance is quick to learn and allows even novice users to clean difficult material to a standard that would have seemed impossible just a few years ago.
