Harmony User Interface
The real digital native Allen Heath dLive C2500 functions with our familiarity with the all-over tablets and smartphones that we all use very well and even without thinking, where many digital consoles are still working to enhance and recreate the experience of using an analog mixer, this digital mixer can be used easily and very dependable. Allen Heath dLive C2500's 12" capacitive touchscreen is responding to every swipe, drag and drop, and pinch just like how exactly how you'd expect it to and all these gestures that we commonly used feel instantly familiar to this mixer. To keep track of the meters, scenes, FX, and other custom controls, Bespoke "widgets" areas can also be set up on the screens. The visual feedback displayed on the screen works along with the screen as complemented by a set of rotary controls that allows the creativity and immediacy of tactile controls over key processing functions. With colors mapped to functions for instant visual orientation, the high-grip rotary knobs offer precision control and distinctive quality and attribute of RGB illumination.
Transparent Workflow
To reflect the user's own mental map of the show and create a mixing interface along with it the dLive layout is fully mappable in the way you need and you want it to be, for an installer also to arrange the surface to match the experience level of the operators and match the venue. To create fast and transparent workflows is what the dLive's, throughout its journey, guiding aim has ever been, that allows the operator to focus not on the mixer but instead on the mix. Every mix or input can be mapped to every bank and any layer, mixes, and inputs can be color-coded and named for at-a-glance navigation because of virtual scribble strips. Allen Heath dLive C2500 also provides 19 mappable SoftKeys, plus 3 pages of 6 assignable rotaries.
