The HME DX210 is a versatile intercom system that combines wireless performance with compatibility for wired systems. Operating at 2.4GHz, it provides clear sound and interference-free communication for demanding productions. This two-channel system offers enhanced capabilities compared to the DX200. It now supports Clear-Com's or RTS' 2-wire systems, with separate 2-wire and 4-wire interconnections. The 1RU base station is powerful, accommodating up to 16 full-duplex and 44 half-duplex beltpacks or wireless headsets by linking four base stations. The DX210 includes the rugged BP210 belt pack and All-in-One WH210 Wireless Headset COMMUNICATORs. These have two intercom buttons (IC1/IC2) with ISO, providing flexibility for communication. The system is also backward compatible with DX200 COMMUNICATOR models like BP200, WH200, and WS200 (Wireless Speaker Station).

- Up to 15 COMMUNICATOR®s can be assigned to each base station. In the 2-channel mode, any three COMMUNICATORs can be speaking simultaneously and in the selectable 1-channel mode, any four COMMUNICATORs can be speaking simultaneously.
- The expandable system enables up to four synchronized co-located base stations to be used together for a total of 60 COMMUNICATORs with up to 16 in hands-free, full-duplex mode.
- Wired Intercom Input/Output interfaces make DX210 compatible with the existing 2-wire party line or 4-wire matrix systems provided by Clear-Com or RTS.
- Wireless ISO Talk-around allows all wireless users on the same base station to talk with each other, isolated from either two- or four-wire intercom channels. ISO function can be restricted to specific users.
