Lectrosonics UMC16B-A1B1, UHF MULTI-COUPLER, 8CH DIVERSITY; A1-B1 BAND

The Lectrosonics UMC16B-A1B1 is a 16-channel UHF antenna multi coupler that operates with any 50-Ohm antenna equipped with a BNC connector. It can provide active RF distribution for up to eight diversity receivers or up to 16 non-diversity receivers. The Lectrosonics UMC16B-A1B1 utilizes broadband ceramic filtering with low noise to deliver outstanding performance and flexibility across the 144 MHz passbands. The signal amplifier of this Lectrosonics UMC16B-A1B1 is a high-current type with a very high IP3 (third-order intercept) that minimizes intermodulation artifacts. Also, the Lectrosonics UMC16B-A1B1 unit is housed in a standard 1-RU rackmount assembly with rugged connectors.

Lectrosonics UMC16B-A1B1 Main Features

  • Active RF Distribution System
  • RF from 2 Antennas to 16 Receivers
  • For 50-Ohm Antennas with BNC Connectors
  • 144 MHz Passband
  • Multiple Power Options
  • Inputs: Two 50-Ohm BNC jacks on the rear panel
  • Outputs: Sixteen BNC jacks on the rear panel (eight jacks per antenna)
  • The amplifier output is distributed to the output jacks using a Wilkinson "strip-line" RF splitter
  • The splitter design allows unused jacks to remain un-terminated with only a slight effect on other channels
