The Lectrosonics SM “WB” Series transmitters are designed to provide reliable wireless performance across a wide range of RF environments and professional applications. With selectable RF output power of 25, 50, or 100 mW, users can optimize transmission range or improve link reliability in areas with high RF noise. Export versions provide 25 and 50 mW output options. Importantly, changing the RF power setting does not affect battery life. The transmitters support hands-free setup and adjustment using audible tones, making configuration easier when the unit is concealed inside clothing or costumes. A sleep mode allows the transmitter to conserve battery power during setup and standby, after which it can be quickly awakened for normal operation. For precise audio control, input gain can be adjusted in 1 dB increments across a 44 dB range. An adjustable low-frequency roll-off provides selectable 3 dB-down points from 35 to 150 Hz, helping control subsonic content and unwanted very-low-frequency audio.
