Sennheiser e 604 Instrument microphone (cardioid, dynamic) for drum rims and suspension mounts with 3-pin XLR-M and 3/8" tripod thread.
Sennheiser e 604 microphone is a rugged, cardioid instrument is specially designed to handled the high sound pressure levels of drums, woodwind, percussion and bass instruments without distortion. Sennheiser e604 Microphone can captures frequencies between 40 Hz and 18 kHz even the sound pressure levels in excess of 160 dB without nasty distortion.
The Sennheiser e 604 has a features of dynamic transducers, which does not require phantom ower, and its cardioid polar pattern is effective in minimizing pickup and feedback in the off-axis sections of the capsule.
The frequency response and cardioid pick-up pattern of the Sennheiser e 604 are optimized for drum sets and other percussion instrument miking, while also producing exceptional results on all forms of brass and woodwind. The Sennheiser e 604 has an integral stand mount screws directly onto mic stands and included clip attaches mic to rim of drum. Very high sound pressure level handling, in excess of 160 dB, is combined with a balanced, clear, low distortion signal similar to a high-end studio condenser microphone. Also Sennheiser e 604 has a Lightweight voice coil provides extended high frequency and rapid transient response. A tough reinforced glass fiber body takes the knocks and shocks and suppresses impact noise.
Sennheiser e 604 includes (1) MZH 604 clip and (1) carrying pouch (2.1 oz)
