The Shure BLX2/PG58 is a wireless handheld microphone transmitter which is compatible with BLX Series receivers. The BLX2/PG58 is also equipped with an integrated PG58 dynamic capsule which is optimized for speech and vocals. The capsules are featured with a cardioid polar pattern that is minimizing the background noise and feedback. The built-in spherical wind and pop filter minimizes the plosives for clear and intelligible speech.

The BLX2/PG58 is comfortable to hold because of its lightweight and ergonomic design. It can be used up to 14 hours continuously with its two included AA batteries, at a range up to 300'. Group & channel selection buttons are allowing for quick and easy frequency matching with the receiver.

Other features include an easily accessible on/off power button, adjustable gain control, and a black identification cap. The WA621 Color ID Caps kit containing assorted colored caps is available as an optional accessory.
