The TCS-152/96 (Black) / TCS152/96-WH (White) is professionally created to be ideally suited for a wide range of speech and music sound reinforcement applications, the ATHENS TCS152/96 that is professionally designed by Turbosound is available in your choice of black or white. It's a switchable bi-amp/passive, 2-way, full-range loudspeaker that comes equipped with a glass fiber-loaded 15" low frequency (LF) driver, and a 1.4" neodymium high frequency (HF) compression driver. The proprietary rotatable Dendritic waveguide is capable of providing a 90° horizontal x 60° vertical HF dispersion pattern in an optimally-tuned enclosure. These high-grade components are being partnered with an internal passive crossover, which is capable to be bypassed for fully bi-amped operation. This loudspeaker is designed to work in concert along with Turbosound loudspeaker management systems, which provides an optimal front-of-house (FOH) performance, as well as offering considerable versatility to readily adapt to varying venue requirements.

The cabinet comes finished in durable black or white semi-matte textured paint, and is professionally constructed from ⅝" (15mm) birch plywood with a powder coated perforated steel-mesh grille backed with reticulated foam. The double trapezoidal cabinet shape conveniently is allowing it to be tight packed with other TCS series enclosures. Multiple rigging points, supported by internal steel flying strips, are provided on the top, bottom, sides and rear of the cabinet for enabling it to be suspended and angled in permanent installations with the use of M10 shoulder eyebolts. The loudspeaker is also fitted with internal rigging points for use with Turbosound and OmniMount wall and ceiling brackets (sold separately).

A Neutrik speakON® NL4 speaker connector is located on the rear panel wired in parallel with a 4-way barrier strip providing input and link through connections to additional TCS series cabinets.
