The Yamaha URX22C is a compact 2x2 USB-C audio interface designed for musicians, streamers, podcasters, and content creators who need professional audio performance with a streamlined workflow. Featuring two XLR-1/4" mic/line combo inputs, DSP-powered mixing and effects, and flexible connectivity, the URX22C is built to handle everything from music recording to live streaming. Each input is equipped with a Class-A D-PRE mic preamp and supports +48V phantom power for compatible active microphones. Input 2 can be switched to Hi-Z mode, allowing direct connection of passive instruments such as guitar and bass. This gives the interface the flexibility to accommodate microphones, line-level sources, and instruments from a single compact unit.

The URX22C's DSP-powered monitoring and effects provide latency-free monitoring while recording or streaming. DSP FX allows you to build and control mixes without relying on DAW plug-ins, while the dspMixFX control app provides intuitive access to mixing and DSP settings. For detailed, high-resolution audio, the URX22C supports 32-bit / 192 kHz AD/DA conversion and fast USB 3.0 connectivity. Its front panel includes the combo inputs and a dedicated 1/4" headphone output, while the rear panel provides stereo 1/4" line outputs, DIN 5-pin MIDI I/O, and USB connectivity. The interface also features a flexible power configuration, allowing you to select the bus used for power. For example, you can dedicate the micro-USB connection to power while using USB-C for the host connection. With its compact design and included USB 3.0-compatible USB-C to USB-A cable, the URX22C is a versatile solution for modern recording and streaming setups.
