The Turbosound TPX118B features a 2,400-Watt and a front loaded 18" subwoofer system engineered for a broad range of music and live sound reinforcement applications. This Turbosound TPX118B is designed to work in conjunction with TURBOSOUND loudspeaker management systems, the Turbosound TPX118B gives an optimal FOH performance, as well as exceptional drum and side fill monitoring applications. The Turbosound TPX118B has bass reflex port design enclosure, with a high power carbon fibre loaded 18" low frequency driver that utilizes a specialised polyester suspension. The TPX118B subwoofer provides fast and accurate transient response for virtually distortion-free operation. Also, the Turbosound TPX118B is covered in hard wearing black carpet, the Turbosound TPX118B cabinet is built of 18 mm (¾ ") wood construction – and includes a rugged powder coated perforated steel mesh grille backed with reticulated foam. There is also an integral 35 mm pole mount which is included for satellite speaker applications, and durable carry handles that are strategically placed for easy transport. The rear panel connector plate of the Turbosound TPX118B carries a unique Neutrik speakON* NL4 connectors for input and link connections to additional enclosures.
