The TURBOSOUND TCS-152 is professionally designed as a switchable bi-amp/passive two way full range loudspeaker that is designed for use in a wide range of fixed installations, and it is made consists of a 15" low frequency driver and a 1.4" neodymium high frequency compression driver loadedby a rotatable Dendritic waveguide which is capable of providing a choice of factory supplied 90° horizontal by 60° vertical, 90° horizontal by 40° vertical, or 60° horizontal by 40° vertical HF horn pattern options in an optimally tuned enclosure. These high grade components are being partnered with an internal passive crossover, which is capable to be by-passed for fully bi-amped operation.

The cabinet is carefully constructed from 15 mm (5/8") birch plywood, along with a powder coated perforated steel mesh grille backed that comes with reticulated foam. The trapezoidal cabinet shape conveniently is allowing the TCS-152 to be tight packed with other TCS series enclosures. Multiple rigging points, supported by internal steel flying strips, are provided on the top, bottom, sides and rear of the cabinet for enabling it to be suspended and angled in permanent installations with the use of M10 shoulder eyebolts. The TCS-152 is also fitted along with internal rigging points for use with TURBOSOUND and OmniMount* wall and ceiling brackets.

A Neutrik speakON* NL4 speaker connector is placed and can be found on the rear panel wired in parallel with a 4-way barrier strip that provides input and link through connections to additional TCS series cabinets. The TCS-152 is finished in durable black or optional white semi matt textured paint.

A weather resistant version is optionally available designed for outdoor use, with all components rated to IP54 and fitted that comes along with a captive cable tail secured through a sealed cable gland on an aluminium panel.
