The ATHENS TCS152/94-WH which is professionally designed by Turbosound is a switchable bi-amp/passive, 2-way, full-range loudspeaker that is professionally designed for use in a broad array of fixed installation applications, and it consists of a glass fiber-loaded 15" low frequency (LF) driver, and a 1.4" neodymium high frequency (HF) compression driver. It comes delivering a 2,400 Watts of peak power and is featuring a Turbosound's proprietary rotatable Dendritic waveguide which is capable of providing a 60° horizontal x 40° vertical HF dispersion pattern in an optimally-tuned enclosure. These high-grade components are being partnered with an internal passive crossover, which is capable to be bypassed for fully bi-amped operation. This loudspeaker is designed to work in concert along with Turbosound loudspeaker management systems, this provides a optimal front-of-house (FOH) performance, as well as offering considerable versatility to readily adapt to varying venue requirements.

The cabinet is finished in durable white or black semi-matte textured paint, and is carefully constructed from ⅝" (15mm) birch plywood that comes with a powder coated perforated steel-mesh grille backed with reticulated foam. The double trapezoidal cabinet shape conveniently is intended for allowing it to be tight packed with other TCS series enclosures. Multiple rigging points, supported by internal steel flying strips, are provided on the top, bottom, sides and rear of the cabinet for enabling it to be suspended and angled in permanent installations with the use of M10 shoulder eyebolts. The loudspeaker is also fitted with internal rigging points designed for use with Turbosound and OmniMount wall and ceiling brackets (sold separately).

A Neutrik speakON® NL4 speaker connector is placed and can be found on the rear panel, along with a 4-way barrier strip providing input and link through connections to additional TCS series cabinets.
