The BLX4R by Shure is a single-channel wireless receiver which is compatible with the BLX1 bodypack transmitter & BLX2 handheld transmitters. The BLX4R is featuring a rugged metal chassis using hardware included which can be rackmounted with the two removable antennas located on the front of the rack for the reception of optimal sound-reinforcement applications and signal in A/V installations.

The BLX4R offers one-touch QuickScan frequency selection for quickly locating a clean frequency in case of interference. The BLX4R also employs microprocessor-controlled diversity technology for minimizing dropouts. BLX systems permit up to 12 mic channels for operating simultaneously in every frequency band, at a range up to 300'.  

The LCD display shows group and channel settings, and allows you to meter audio level and signal strength. An LED indicator even lets you keep an eye on the transmitter's remaining battery life. The unit offers 1/4" and XLR connectors with adjustable output level for flexible connectivity to PA systems and mixing boards.
