The V-MD173 is a rack mount monitor from Marshall Electronics' large MD series. The monitors of the MD Series provide an adaptable, modular approach to system integration. The configuration of these rack-mountable monitors allows you the flexibility to have multiple video inputs that may be "swapped" or altered in the field to suit your changing demands. This means that when a new input or application is needed, there is no need to upgrade or replace the equipment. When needed, this "future proof" option offers certainty and flexibility, particularly in multi-monitor rack mount devices. A VESA standard 75mm hole pattern allows for custom mounting installations, and the V-MD173 can be mounted in any standard EIA 19" equipment rack. Alternatively, the V-MD173 can be used in a desktop configuration with an optional stand (Marshall part number V-ST15). The attached rack ears can be angled to provide the user control over the viewing angle.
