The FSR CDA-2EQG high resolution 1 X 2 Distribution Amplifier is professionally designed for satisfying the typical applications that requires a local monitor and a remote display device that comes along with a long cable run. The local monitor output is made fully buffered by an independent amplifier stage for eliminating interaction with the remote output. The remote output is created buffered and equalized for maintaining the excellent signal integrity that with even the highest video resolutions. This means that the signal that you feed into the CDA-2EQG will arrive at the far end of the cable that comes along with an almost immeasurable amount of loss. Cable runs of 175’ are possible with the use of standard mini hi-resolution coax cable.

The remote output sync circuitry comes providing a termination option switch for helping overcome display jitter and image loss associated that comes with improper sync termination. Image jitter and loss problems are infrequent, but unpredictable and frustrating issues that are resulting from differences in VGA cable construction and display input termination. for ensuring the installed system compatibility, the CDA2EQG is capable to obtain EDID display information data from either the local (default setting) or remote monitor by setting the internal jumpers.

The CDA2EQG is employing a “green” automatic power down feature that is capable of reducing the standby power consumption to less than 50 mW, a reduction of over 95%. This mode is capable to be disabled in applications where a horizontal sync signal is not present for supporting this feature. The FSR CDA-2EQG is ideal for laptop or desktop presentations such as PowerPoint® that are requiring the secondary audio and video feeds to run longer distances. It would be a versatile complement to the designers/integrator's palette.
