The Shure BETA 52A is a professionally designed dynamic supercardioid instrument microphone that's created specifically for capturing kick drum, acoustic bass, bass amplifiers, and other instruments that comes with similar frequency response and sonic character. The BETA 52A comes featuring a contoured frequency response, customized designed to capture those signal registering at low frequencies. The microphone is capable to accurately captures the attacks that are contributing to the "punch" of the signal. The supercardioid polar pattern is also ensuring the highest possible gain before feedback and also minimizing noise at the off-axis sections of the microphone at the same time. A built-in locking stand adapter that comes with an XLR connector is intended for simplifying the installation during the tiime of placing the mic inside of a kick drum and its steel mesh grille for protecting the element from damage.
