You can experience improved wireless reception using the Shure’s UA874. The UHF antenna uses a log periodic dipole array for producing a cardioid pattern toward the targeted coverage area in order to achieve the higher rejection of RF signals outside the area than standard wave 1/2 omnidirectional antennas.

An integrated amplifier with 4 gain settings compensates for varying degrees of coaxial cable signal loss. The Shure’s UA874 can be mounted using stand, suspended from the ceiling, or wall-mounted with the help of the included swivel adapter bracket.
