Audix OM7 Concert Level Professional Vocal Microphone with Unprecedented Gain Before Feedback MIC, DYN, VOCAL, OM7, WITH CLIP & POUCH.
The Audix OM7 is tested, designed and assembled as a dynamic vocal microphone that is widely used in different variety and that includes front of house engineers, professional sound companies, mixing engineers, and high profile fixed installations. The Audix OM7 is made its name known because of it ability of providing an unprecedented gain before feedback on concert level stages without affecting the sound quality. In addition, the Audix OM7 is equipped with a high resistance to feedback even on extremely loud stages, and for performers that might use the mic with both hands. For achieving these extraordinary performance benefits, the Audix OM7 is professionally designed with an unconventionally low output level (8-10 dB lower than typical dynamic microphones). This low gain stageThis low gain stage is acting as a natural "pad" at the capsule for maintaining the high fidelity at the source. For this reason, the Audix OM7 is best suited for use with high quality mixing consoles and sound system. The Audix OM7 is characterized with a super-tight hypercardioid polar pattern which effectively isolates the vocals from the rest of the instruments on stage. With a wide frequency range of 48 Hz - 19 kHz, the Audix OM7 employs a VLM™(Very Low Mass) diaphragm for a very clean and punchy sound with exceptional transient response. Well balanced, comfortable to hold and durable, the Audix OM7 is manufactured with very high standards and tight tolerances. The Audix OM7 includes a precision die cast zinc alloy body, durable black E-coat finish, dent resistant steel mesh grill and gold plated XLR connector.
