Designed for professional broadcast studios, live events, sports productions, concerts, corporate presentations, and houses of worship, this powerful 1 RU switcher delivers UHD 4K performance with professional 12G-SDI connectivity and advanced real-time production capabilities. Featuring 20 independent 12G-SDI inputs, the switcher supports 12G-SDI, 3G-SDI, and HD-SDI video signals, making it easy to integrate a wide variety of professional cameras and production equipment. Program output is available through 12 independent 12G-SDI outputs, while the USB-C webcam output enables direct connection to computers for live streaming, conferencing, and recording.

The integrated multiview output supports up to 16 routable windows, allowing operators to monitor camera inputs, keyed video, graphics, media pool stills, and the program output simultaneously for complete production oversight. Each video input is connected to a built-in Fairlight audio mixer supporting up to 28 audio channels, providing professional live audio mixing within the switcher. Every input also features an independent frame synchronizer, frame rate converter, and format converter, enabling seamless switching between cameras using different formats, frame rates, cameras without genlock, and computer video sources. A dedicated reference video input further supports synchronized broadcast workflows. Professional production tools such as upstream and downstream keyers and real-time effects processing allow graphics, titles, and transitions to be applied instantly without rendering. Operators can control the switcher using the integrated front panel, optional Blackmagic ATEM hardware control panels, or the downloadable ATEM Software Control application.
