Expand the audio capabilities of your broadcast setup with the Blackmagic Design ATEM Microphone Converter. Designed for use with ATEM Television Studio switchers, this professional audio converter transforms four analog XLR microphone inputs into MADI audio, making it an ideal solution for podcast studios, live events, broadcast productions, corporate presentations, and houses of worship. The converter connects directly to the ATEM Television Studio MADI port using its dual BNC MADI input and output connections, eliminating complex configuration. For larger productions, multiple ATEM Microphone Converters can be daisy chained, allowing you to add even more microphone inputs as your production grows. Four XLR-1/4" combo inputs support both microphone and line-level sources and provide 48V phantom power for professional condenser microphones.

To deliver exceptional audio quality, the ATEM Microphone Converter uses 32-bit float digital preamps and eight analog-to-digital converters (ADCs) per input, producing 24-bit / 48 kHz audio with an extremely low noise floor, wide dynamic range, and minimal distortion. This design helps maintain clean recordings across both quiet dialogue and loud performances. A built-in HDMI monitoring output displays scrolling audio waveforms for convenient real-time monitoring. USB and Ethernet ports allow remote administration and software updates through the ATEM Software Control application.
