The Blackmagic Design BMD-BINTSSHU, also known as Intensity Shuttle for USB 3.0, is a 10-bit HD/SD video capture/playback device that is professionally designed supporting a USB 3.0 and giving you the capability to capture 10-bit HDMI or analog video directly from a camera onto your computer for professional editing or mere playback. The Blackmagic Design Intensity Shuttle comes with a neat and compact design and it is very portable and easy to set up. As the input and output connections are on different sides, you are able to simply plug the unit in line with the use of your existing cable setup.
Designed that can support 1080i59.94, 1080i50, 720p59.94, and 720p50, the Blackmagic Design Intensity Shuttle is built that allows for easy and instant switching between HD and SD video standards. In addition, with the use of the USB 3.0 interface it is able of eliminating the need of compressing visual data and thus saving a lot on CPU processing power; this will allow your CPU to solely focus on HD real-time effects. The video capture/playback device is capable of drawing power from the USB 3.0 connector itself, which eliminates the need for a dedicated power source.
The Intensity Shuttle for USB 3.0 is directly compatible with various editing applications including Premiere Pro, Photoshop, After Effects, Fusion, and Nuke. It's compatible with Mac, Windows, and Linux systems.
