Ideal for live production, sports, houses of worship, concerts, education, and broadcast studios, this compact camera combines powerful studio features with flexible installation options, making it perfect for discreet camera placements and multi-camera productions. Featuring the same advanced image sensor found in the Blackmagic Studio Camera 4K Plus G2, the Micro Studio Camera 4K G2 captures stunning UHD 4K (3840 × 2160) video at up to 60 fps, producing sharp, vibrant images with outstanding colour accuracy and detail for professional broadcasts and live streams.

The camera is equipped with an active Micro Four Thirds (MFT) lens mount, providing compatibility with a wide range of native MFT lenses while also supporting adapters for numerous modern and vintage lens systems. This flexibility allows you to choose the ideal lens for every production, from wide-angle stage coverage to tight close-up shots. Designed for professional broadcast workflows, the camera outputs 10-bit 4:2:2 video via 12G-SDI, delivering high-quality video over a single cable while supporting UHD resolutions. It also integrates seamlessly with Blackmagic ATEM switchers, allowing remote camera control through the SDI control protocol, enabling operators to adjust camera settings without physically accessing the camera.
