The JBL CBT 50LA-LS is designed integrated with Constant Beamwidth Technology™ to represent its breakthrough in amplitude tapering, utilizing analog delay beam-forming and pattern control intended to accomplish consistent vertical coverage even without the need of a narrow vertical beaming and out-of-coverage lobing that are typical of straight form-factor passive column speakers.
