The KanexPro EXT-HD50C extender is a compact HDMI Video transmitter-receiver set uniquely designed to extend HD signals from your HDMI source device to a display remotely located up to 230ft feet away. Featuring an HDMI loop-out, the transmitter unit supports a second local display. This HDMI Extender can extend high definition video/audio signal and IR control signal up to 230ft/70m for 1080p resolution, and 131ft/40m for 4K30 resolution via a single CAT6 cable, which can achieve zero-delay, uncompressed long-distance transmission between the transmitter and receiver. This extender with HDMI loop output can be cascaded to the next extender, supporting resolution up to 4K@30Hz. It supports the EDID copy function (you can choose local or remote EDID). It supports audio formats up to PCM7.1, Dolby True HD, and DTS HD. This product can be widely used in multimedia conference halls, TV teaching, and large-screen displays. Industry Standard HDCP 1.4 & 4K/30.

Please note: Using a CAT5e/6 cable with low impedance STP(Shielded twisted pair) is recommended with proper grounding for excellent transmission of AV signals.

Professional Performance: The extender kit includes two units: a transmitter unit and a receiver unit. The transmitter unit is responsible for capturing the HDMI input signal and carrying the signal via one cost-effective Cat6 cable and emitting IR control signals. The receiver unit is responsible for receiving the HDMI signal and transmitting the IR control signal.
