The Lectrosonics M2T is a compact half-rack digital transmitter that combines two stereo transmitters in a single chassis, providing two stereo audio channels or up to four mono audio channels. Designed for professional broadcast, production, and installed audio applications, it offers flexible analog and Dante™ networked audio connectivity. Each audio input can be individually configured for analog or Dante audio. The analog inputs use full-size XLR/TRS combo connectors for balanced line-level signals, while specialized balanced preamplifier circuitry provides high common-mode rejection to help minimize hum and unwanted noise. For networked audio applications, the M2T features a Dante Ultimo interface with dual RJ45 connectors. The Dante connection supports networked audio input and allows the digital stream to be daisy-chained to additional compatible units using CAT6 cables. An additional Ethernet port provides programming and control through Wireless Designer™ software, while the front-panel USB connection supports firmware updates. A bright, full-color backlit LCD provides clear system information in a variety of lighting conditions. The rugged all-metal chassis can be installed individually or paired with a second M2T using the included rack-mount hardware.
