Meyer Sound AMIE-SUB-3 is a professionally designed Compact subwoofer that is optimized for pairing along with the Amie Precision Studio Monitor, but it is also capable to work well with the larger Acheron Designer screen channel loudspeakers as well as with the HMS series of surround loudspeakers.

The Amie-Sub has been optimized for use with Amie but it is also capable to be used along with other Meyer Sound cinema loudspeakers, this comes including the Acheron Designer screen channel loudspeakers and the HMS-5, HMS-10, and HMS-12 surround loudspeakers in immersive surround applications.

The Amie-Sub compact subwoofer is made as the perfect complement intended for Amie Precision Studio monitor. The AmieSub is made capable to be installed in stereo systems and comes with ample headroom to be used in multichannel LCR, 5.1, and 7.1 systems. The Amie-Sub comes including a single 15-inch low frequency, long-excursion cone driver. The driver is enclosed in an optimally tuned, vented cabinet housing and powered by a single-channel amplifier. The cabinet’s shape is providing an easy access to all connectors and being placed directly in front of a wall at the same time. On-board processing comes including the driver protection circuitry, low-pass filtering, and correction filters intended for phase and frequency responses.
