Neumann KMS 105 D, Digital supercardioid handheld with K 105 capsule, KMS pouch and SG 105 (Nickel)
The Neumann KMS 105 D takes the upgraded KMS 105 stage microphone into the digital domain. Based on the AES 42 standard, this Neumann KMS 105 D is best and ideal choice for live and on-stage applications. The Neumann KMS 105 D can provides all of the features of the analog counterpart. In addition, Neumann KMS 105 D also offers the advantages of Neumann's digital microphone technology, such as extended dynamic range, a more robust operation (EMC safe), and clipping protection by means of the integrated peak limiter/compressor. Using the DMI-2 or DMI-8 digital microphone interface together with the Remote Control Software (RCS), any pre-programmed settings may be stored in the Neumann KMS 105 D microphones.
