Primacoustic's Paintables™ absorptive acoustic panels is professionally designed that come in a wide variety of shapes that is possible to be used as ceiling clouds, baffles or wall panels for the reduction of primary reflections and for the improvements of intelligibility. The unique shapes and sizes are giving the opportunity for designers, architects and installers for presenting the clients with creative solutions that are bold, yet truly artistically pleasing.

This Primacoustic P250 1110 09 Altos-48 model, the square 48" x 48" (121.9 x 121.9 cm) Altos™, is a professionally designed 1.5" (3.8 cm) thick, created out of high-density glass 6 lb per cubic foot (96 kg/m³) glass wool intended for having a exceptionally even absorption, and is made completely encapsulated in micro mesh that comes with resin hardened edges. The Altos Cloud Paintable is factory finished in Absolute White latex on all sides and is made ready for use in mounting. Unique to its design is a proprietary textured surface that is capable of enabling one to lightly spray paint the panel on-site for matching the décor without affecting acoustical performance.

The included Helix™ cloud anchors and SlipNot™ suspension cables are created for allowing the Altos to be suspended horizontally from the ceiling in spaces such as lobbies, restaurants, gymnasiums or any other space where unobtrusive acoustic treatment is truly needed. The Altos is also possible to be wall mounted with the use of Surface Impalers (sold separately) or installed as vertically hanging baffles by using Corkscrew™ anchors (sold separately).

As with all Primacoustic panels, the Altos Cloud Paintable is laboratory tested for use in acoustic performance as well as fire safety, this achieves the most stringent Class-A/1 rating in North America and Class-B in Europe, which makes it safe for use in all types of installations. The Altos Cloud Paintable kit comes including two high-density glass wool panels and all hardware required for use in mounting as horizontal suspended clouds. Additional hardware for wall/baffle mounting is sold separately.
