The MX405 Gooseneck Microphone is a flexible speech microphone that is designed by Shure for applications in meeting rooms, lecture halls, worship houses and anywhere a high-quality speech microphone is needed. This 5-inch gooseneck microphone is featured with interchangeable capsules and offers a choice of a desk-mount preamplifier or direct flush-mounting into a table surface. The Shure’s MX405 microphone is also available with an LED light ring. Wireless options are enabling full compatibility with the Shure SLX series wireless systems.

Interchangeable Capsules

The MX405's interchangeable capsules enable users to easily switch between cardioid and supercardioid polar patterns. The microphone is also available without a capsule.

Desktop Preamplifier or Flush Mount Base

The microphone is available with a desktop stand / preamplifier or sold alone for flush mount installation into a desk or podium surface.

LED Ring

The MX405 is also available with an LED light ring for a quick read on microphone status.
