The color black Soundtube LA808I-BK is not a subwoofer it is a 3-way Line Array Speaker and designed to increase the directivity of low frequencies in Soundtube®'s Line Array system. It can be used only in conjuction with the Soundtube LA808I-BK 3-way line array. The use of the Soundtube LA808I-BK is recommended in spaces that have a large reverberation time. When a single unit is added to the Soundtube LA808I-BK, directivity of low frequencies is increased by up to an octave lower than with the Soundtube LA808I-BK alone. The product's dimensions are identical to those of the Soundtube LA808I-BK. Also, the Soundtube LA808I-BK must be placed either directly above or directly below the Soundtube LA808I-BK in order for the system to work properly. If desired, two Soundtube LA808I-BK units can be added: one above the Soundtube LA808I-BK and one below.
